Data shows rise in home prices in Lake Travis-Westlake area

Data from Unlock MLS shows that home prices rose in the Lake Travis-Westlake area in June, with five of the seven local ZIP codes recording year-over-year increases in median sale prices. The market overall saw the median price climb by roughly $230,000 that month, and the majority of homes that sold fetched more than $900,000.

These gains highlight continued strength in the higher-end segment of the local housing market, even as broader conditions in Central Texas remain mixed. The data underscores that demand for properties in the desirable Lake Travis and Westlake communities continues to support elevated price levels.
